The Challenge
Minimax needed a channel ident that reflects the playful spirit and imagination of animated storytelling. The challenge was to create a visually rich ident where the Minimax logo travels through multiple animated worlds, each inspired by different animation styles, before transforming into the final logo. The ident had to feel magical and nostalgic, while still remaining modern and visually polished. As a full CGI project, every environment, transition, and motion had to support the idea of animation as a world of endless possibilities.

Our Goals
The goal was to create a memorable channel ident that instantly connects with audiences familiar with animated stories. The animation needed to evoke a wide range of emotions and visual references, while clearly reinforcing the Minimax brand at the end. The ident was designed to work as a flexible branding asset that celebrates animation itself, not just the logo.

The Creative Approach
The creative concept was built around transformation and movement. The Minimax logo travels through different 3D worlds, each inspired by distinct animation styles and visual moods. These worlds subtly reference the variety and richness of animated storytelling without directly copying any specific characters or shows. Smooth morphing transitions guide the viewer from one environment to the next, gradually leading toward the final logo. The visual journey feels playful and imaginative, echoing the experience of moving through different animated universes.

Team Behind The Scenes
This project was developed as a fully CG production, with a strong focus on visual continuity and motion design. Each world required its own visual language while still fitting into a single, cohesive animation. The challenge was not only creating individual scenes, but making sure the transitions between them felt fluid and emotionally connected.
Their combined vision and dedication brought this ambitious project to life, with every frame reflecting VYZN’s belief that cinema is the ultimate language of storytelling.

Production Highlights
The ident was produced entirely in CG, covering concept development, environment design, 3D animation, lighting, and rendering. Special attention was given to the morphing sequences that transition between styles and environments. The final animation was delivered in broadcast-ready format, optimized for channel branding and repeated on-air use. The finished ident became a strong visual representation of the Minimax brand. By turning the logo into a journey through animated worlds, the ident reinforces the channel’s connection to storytelling, imagination, and creativity. For Deadline Monkey, the project showcases expertise in full CG animation, visual transformation, and brand-driven motion design.
These numbers only hint at the scale of the project. Behind each stat lies countless hours of collaboration, problem-solving, and passion proof that when creativity meets precision.
